The Green Race Festival is where the stoke hits its peak! After the world’s best kayakers throw down in the legendary Green Narrows, the community comes together to celebrate the champions, the wild lines, and the epic stories that make this race unforgettable. With live music by the Late Shifters, cold drinks flowing, and the whole river tribe under one roof, the Green Race Festival isn’t just about who won—it’s about honoring the grit, glory, and pure energy that make the Green Race the most electric event in whitewater.

Directions to the festival: The switchbacks on Green River Cove Road are open to local traffic only. The best route into the festival is through Mill Springs. Off of I-26 take exit 59 towards Holbert Cove Road/Ozone Drive.  Head Northeast on Holbert Cove Road and follow it until it end into Silver Creek Rd (7.7 miles). Drive 0.7 miles and turn left onto Green River Cove Road. The Green River Ranch will be on your right roughly 7 miles down Green River Cove Road.
