RACE FLOWS: If the current dry pattern continues and the level stays below 7 inches we have a tentative agreement with the power plant to release 2 units at 60% (~10 inches on the gauge) Nov 2-5. Exact times TBD. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE, operational schedules are determined daily.
